The blend consists of 50% Petit Sirah, 20% Petit Verdot, 20% Marselan, and 10% Cabernet Franc from our vineyards in the Judean Hills.
The grapes were hand-harvested, and after classic fermentation, the wine was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, enhancing freshness and aromatic richness.
This is a fresh, balanced wine with a deep, impressive color, high acidity, medium body, and a pleasant finish. It has a well-balanced fruity flavor, featuring red fruits, plum, and red cherry.
