Minuet Zahav

Limited Edition A dry white wine made from 40% Viognier, 40% Riesling, and 20% Gewürztraminer grapes. The vines are carefully cultivated with low yields under optimal conditions and hand-harvested. The grapes were fermented as whole clusters, without crushing, using a long, cold fermentation. The wine is refreshing, crisp, and aromatic, with good acidity and rich flavors of lemon, lime, peach, and hints of lychee. Serve chilled. Pairs well with dairy dishes, cheeses, and fish. Alcohol: 12% by volume.
