Marsalis

The blend consists of 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Marselan, 16% Merlot, and 8% Sangiovese from our vineyards in the Judean Hills. The wine is a tribute to the Marselis family, "the first family of jazz." The grapes were hand-harvested, and after classic fermentation, the wine was aged for 10–12 months in tanks, enhancing freshness and aromatic richness. This is a fresh, elegant, and ready-to-drink wine, with medium body and a pleasant finish. It offers a balanced fruity flavor, featuring notes of wild strawberry, plum, and black cherry, making it an excellent companion for a meal.
